Agreement

By using clefdev.com or m.clefdev.com (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and SIA ClefDev, registered in Riga, Latvia.

Use of services

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, or interfere with other users.

We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices on the website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual property

You own all rights to your project deliverables once paid in full. Until full payment, ClefDev retains ownership.

ClefDev retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
